Product Design & Development
Javi is a Madrid-based software designer and builder with more than a decade of experience designing digital products across different industries.
He focuses on turning complex problems into useful, intuitive software, combining product thinking, design and technology. His current work includes Superfocus and the development of Capacity Labs’ software experiments.
Research & Operations
Julia is a Madrid-based research and operations professional with an international background spanning Southeast Asia and Europe.
Trained in international studies, European affairs and human rights, she brings research, communication and coordination experience to the studio. She currently does the studio’s research work, from understanding people’s experiences to evaluating practical solutions.
